Bergmeister Leaves A Champion

TOOELE, Utah (Grand American Rolex Series) -- Oswaldo Negri and Mark Patterson won the battle here with their first victory in the Michael Shank Lexus Riley Saturday at the 4.5-mile Miller Motorsports Park track in the nine-hour Rolex Grand American Sports Car Series event. However, it was Jorg Bergmeister, assisted by teenage phenom Colin Braun and Nic Jonsson, who claimed the war by bringing his Krohn Racing Ford Riley home sixth to vanquish his opposition in the war for the Daytona Prototype Drivers championship chase.
