Great test in Atlanta for Colin
Road Atlanta - Krohn Racing
tested it's 2 Riley Daytona Prototype cars for 2 days at the teams
local track. With less than 1/4 mile separating the team
headquarters and the race track, testing here is convenient.
The Rolex series does not race at road Atlanta but the team was
working on a long list of development parts and set ups, not
specific to a particular track. The track was newly repaved,
providing the team with an extra challenge.
Colin drove the #75 car on the first
day, working thru many test items. On day 2 max Papis took
over and completed the work. With no base lap times from other
DP teams it was difficult to know how fast the cars were, but the
team found some things that made the cars faster and more
consistent. All in all it was a great test and should help in
the races to come.
